FAQ


How can I make it to the Hotel?

A After arrived at “UENO” station, find the Chuo-gateway.

Get out through the gateway and turn left to Asakusa-exit.

Go down to your left hand side along the station for 2minutes. Then you’ll find us on your right .


What time is check-in/check-out?

A Check-out time is 11:00 PM.    Special late-checkout 12:00PM is offered for our memberships (whose rank is more than “SILVER” )


Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A Yes, it is possible. However, it is only possible to store luggage on the same day, and as a rule, each person is limited to one item. If you wish to keep your luggage beyond the date of your stay, you will need to make a reservation for the next stay, and there is a charge for this service.


Can the air conditioning in the guest room be switched between cooling and heating?

A We apologize. The air conditioning and heating settings are managed centrally and cannot be switched individually per room. However, the temperature can be adjusted within each room. If you find the room too cold, we offer blankets and small fan heaters for rent. As quantities are limited, please contact the front desk as soon as possible.


Do all guest room windows open?

A We apologize, but some rooms cannot be opened as they serve as emergency fire department access points.


Can children stay for free?

A Small Children can stay for free. No extra bed, pillows towels, toothbrushes are available for them.


What bath amenities are included in the room?

A Towels sleep gowns toothbrush hairdryer razor comb ear swab etc.


Can pets stay?

A Pet cannot be accompanied. Exception; Guide dogs .


Is Wi-Fi access available?

A Free Wi-Fi is available in the whole hotel.


Are there some vending machines in the Hotel?

A Vending machine of be beverages and alcohols are available.


Do you have washing machines?

A There are a washing machine and a dryer. Detergents are available at front desk.


Is there a meeting room?

A There is no meeting rooms, or multipurpose rooms etc.


Do you have parking lots?

A There are a few parking lots in basement floor. (reservations required.)


Is there any convenience stores nearby?

A  There is one in just 1minute walk


What time does breakfast open?

A It opens at 7:00AM, closes at 10:00AM .


Is reservation for breakfast required?

A Reservations not needed. You can pay for it in both front desk and on the spot.


Is it possible to send luggage to another place?

A You Japan’s major delivery service (YAMATO) Ask the Front desk .


 Is it possible to send packages to the Hotel in advance of stay?

A Luggage arrived in advance will be kept in Front desk and be handed to you when you check-in.  Don’t forget to write your NAME and THE DATE OF STAY on your delivery slip.
