These messages direct recipients to fraudulent websites (phishing sites) and request them to enter their credit card information.

These messages were not sent by our hotel. If you receive any suspicious messages, please do not access the URL provided or enter any information; please delete the message immediately.

Furthermore, as a security measure, we will implement necessary precautions, such as regularly changing passwords on online booking sites, including Booking.com.
